    Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products, and equipment?
    Yes. We supply absolutely everything for your convenience. Our home cleaning professionals use only the highest quality products and the best equipment possible to ensure everything is done properly.

    The only event of which we may not provide products, is if a customer has special requests and wants us to use something they provide.

    Can I request special tasks or extras?

    Absolutely! We love going above and beyond! Please, make a note under the “Anything else we should know about?” section of our booking form, so that you can request any additional services necessary.

    This may be subject to extra costs if it includes carpet cleaning, or any of the extras already listed on the booking form.

    Can I trust my cleaning professional?

    Each and every cleaning professional that we hire is experienced and professional, background and reference checked (police checks included), interviewed in-person, and highly rated / reviewed by other customers.

    We believe that your trust and security come first; therefore, we hold our cleaning professionals to the highest standards.

    What’s included in our flat-rate services?

    All our flat-rate cleans are calculated based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you have in your home. Additionally, all living areas, dining, and kitchen areas will be sparkling clean too!

    (Any additional rooms such as studies, theatres or home offices are considered as bedrooms.)

    How long it will take to clean my house?

    It all depends on the condition of your home! But as a baseline take the number of bedrooms you have and turn that into hours. Ex. 3 Bedrooms = 3 hours.

    What services don't you offer?

    We don’t offer cleaning of Chandeliers, Light Bulbs, Bio-hazards(Mold, etc..), Hoarding, Animal Waste, High Reach Areas (More than 2 step ladder), Putting away dishes, Exterior Windows, Large furniture moving, and Large scale trash disposal.

    What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

    All of our home cleaning professionals are insured and trained to deal with any issues that may arise.

    We believe in constant communication which ensures that, if anything were to happen, we would immediately see to it that any issues are dealt with.

    At Maid in a Minute, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances occur, and we proactively plan for anything that may potentially go wrong.

    Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

    Yes! We use an SSL (online security technology) that ensures our website will never be compromised in any way. Then, any billing information we keep is stored in a secured database that also will not be compromised in any way. Your security is our #1 priority.

    What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

    Simple! If you’re unhappy with your clean and feel as though our home cleaning professionals missed anything – send us pictures within 48 hours and we will put it right.

    Can I give the cleaner a key?

    Unfortunately, we no longer accept keys from customers due to security reasons.

    We recommend using a key lock box for security and convenience. Otherwise, you can leave your key and let us know in the booking details.

    When you book a clean with us, you will be able to add a note with your entry details. If you have an existing booking, you can log in to your dashboard and update your entry details.


    Do I have to be present for a cleaning?

    No, absolutely not! It’s your choice to stay around or go out and take advantage of your free time. Just leave us a key and we’ll get your house cleaned!

    How do I book a cleaning service?
